MARILY CINTRA

Born 1950, Brazil. Working and living in Australia since 1988 Brazilian born Marily Cintra, is an artist and cultural activist, working in community cultural development since 1966.

Cintra migrated to Australia in 1988 to live and work with potter Malcolm Cooke in Tharwa, ACT where they established The Art Shed (now Ecology & Art House), an arts and ceramic studio and gallery.
